Constantly tormented by hunger, no matter how much he ate, he never knew what it was to feel sated. Disgusted by the sight of crimson, he refused to eat anything killed by his pack, preferring to hunt for things that grew in shades of yellow and green instead. His body, bereft of nutrition, eventually gave out, and he starved to death. A saint of the forest would one day scoop up the creature's soul, and mercifully seal it away as a Guardian.
