A fearsome beast whose form combines the upper body of an umbral owl with the lower body of a jet-black horse. One might expect the prey of this hulking nocturnal creature to hear it approach in the night—yet they never do. Its ghost-like ability to appear soundlessly, with only the snapping of bone to break the silence, is precisely why it was given the fearful moniker of "Night Fog."
